Mayor of Ottawa and Kiritharan Kumarasamy the Hon. A/ High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to Canada, and celebrated the novel Living Outside the Box - Time and Time Again, while tasting delicious refreshments offered by the restaurant owner Joe Thottungal.

On behalf of members of Ottawa city Council, the Mayor Sutcliffe presented a framed certificate to the author, to recognize the valuable contribution she has made to the development of the literary arts in the city.  It was the highlight of the event.   

R. E. Siliente wishes to thank the dignitaries and attendees for their invaluable support extended to make the event a great success, and the best of health and prosperity in the year 2026 and beyond.
